About Me

Tabatha has lived in the Fredericton area all her life and has firsthand knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. She and her husband Stephen, who works as a Paramedic for the province of NB have raised two children and are now thoroughly enjoying their grandchildren. They are members of Capital Community Church on Baseball Hill in Marysville, where he grew up. Faith and family are of upmost importance to her.

Tabatha has intimate working knowledge of the buying and selling process after spending 10 plus years working side by side with her husband flipping houses, completing renovation jobs and staging for clients who wished to sell their homes.

This is where Tabatha discovered her attention to detail and natural talents and abilities in interior design and developed a zeal for the Real Estate industry. After many homes compleated the time came to hang up their tool belts, she couldn’t leave her love of the Real Estate industry just yet. So she decided to grab a briefcase and laptop instead and became a Licensed Realtor® in the Province of NB in 2017.

As a shift worker Stephen works long and crazy hours and she felt that working for herself in the industry that she had so much experience in and a passion for, would give their family the flexibility she needed to make the most of the time they have together. You will often find him assisting her with listing appointments and acting as her chauffeur to showings in between shifts whenever he can. You may even see one of their precious grandbabies along for the drive. They make the most of the time they get to spend together and with their family. After all, life really is all about family and the people we love. Where do we spend this time together? In our homes.  She is not just selling and listing houses, she understands that it’s your family’s home and all the emotions and feelings that go along with that.
